Description

Lake Fausse Pointe State Park is a 6,000-acre site that once was part of the Atchafalaya Basin. Fishing, boating and canoeing on the park's lake are very common activities. The park has lake-front cabins and campsites for the overnighter and a rental area for boats. There are three hiking trails on the property for a more intimate experience with nature.
